At present, the EVALAST website directs customers to Amazon.com to place orders. Amazon's product listing and checkout show the shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates that apply to your order. This page explains where to find those details and how to get help.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

On Amazon.com, enter your delivery address and review the product listing and checkout before placing an order. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and any delivery offers depend on the listing, seller, fulfillment method, and your location. The EVALAST website does not set or collect shipping charges for an Amazon order.

Processing and Delivery

The estimated dispatch and delivery dates for an Amazon purchase are shown on the applicable Amazon listing, at checkout, and in your Amazon order details. Dates may change as the order is processed or transported. For an updated status or delivery problem, open the order in your Amazon account and use the available customer-service or seller-contact options.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Amazon provides the order confirmation and, when available, tracking information for purchases completed there. Check Your Orders in your Amazon account for the latest status. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.

Address Changes

Please check the delivery address before completing the Amazon checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, use the options shown in Your Orders or contact Amazon customer service promptly. Whether a change is possible depends on the order status.

Delivery Problems

For a delayed or missing Amazon parcel, use the help options for that order on Amazon.com. If an EVALAST product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears defective, you may also email hhhxc215@outlook.com with the product and order details so we can help direct you to the appropriate next step. Amazon's applicable return process and the seller's terms govern an Amazon order.
