You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy explains which items qualify, how to request a return, who pays return shipping, and when approved refunds are issued.

Returns Within 30 Days

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You will need a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please request the return within 30 days after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email hhhxc215@outlook.com and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Cloris.Hu will review your request. If it is approved, we will provide the return address, shipping instructions, and a return label where applicable. Do not send an item back before contacting us; returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

EVALAST pays return shipping for a confirmed product quality issue. For other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will explain the shipping arrangements before you send the item.

Damaged Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at hhhxc215@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards, except where required by applicable law. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, request a return for the item you have. Once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email hhhxc215@outlook.com.

Orders Shipped to the European Union

If an order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a separate right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Contact us at hhhxc215@outlook.com for return instructions.
